MWRA Workshops

About MWRA Workshops

MWRA's workshops are offered to members free of charge and to non-members at a minimal fee. They are a great opportunity to get continuing education (and thus fulfill the requirements of the Maryland Department of Natural Resources for your continuing education credits), and also offer a chance to network with other Maryland rehabilitators, find a master rehabilitator to apprentice with, and otherwise share experiences and find advice with problems. We urge you to participate in these workshops, whether you are an experienced wildlife rehabilitator or are looking to become a wildlife rehabilitator.

Workshops News & Upcoming Events

MWRA's Annual Conference will be held on Saturday, November 1, 2014 from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. at the National Wildlife Visitors Center in Laurel, Maryland. Registration begins at 9:00 a.m.

Workshop Resources

Below you will find links to other organizations offering workshops that are approved by the Maryland Department of Natural Resources for the CE credits required for Maryland wildlife rehabilitators.  Please check out these websites if you are not able to attend MWRA's workshops and need additional CE credits for your permit.
